The classic gin & tonic gets an upgrade! Fill glass with ice. Add 2 oz gin, 3/4 oz tonic syrup, 4 oz soda water and stir gently to combine. Garnish with teaspoon of mulling spices* and dehydrated orange wheel. *Optional: use mulling spices to infuse gin overnight for even more flavour!
