At Cocktail Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your barware and glassware purchases. If your items aren't quite right for your home bar, we offer a 30-day return window for most unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely package your items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure fragile glassware and bar tools arrive back to us undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
